Came two nights running. First night, very good. Decent service from Ryan although food was slow coming out. But the food was good and tasty. Came back the following night. Service was atrocious. Main server was OK, the second girl who was helping was diabolical (brought our food and no cutlery). Genuinely felt like I insulted her when I asked for some. had to wait a while for them to come and the waitress didn’t even make eye contact when she eventually brought them out). Weren’t offered more drinks during the meal. Kids ice cream arrived without the fanfare of the previous night, and again no spoon or eye contact. Front of house was impeccable both nights.
I'd give this no stars, were that an option. Our group of 7 had lunch. One in our party send their chicken back because it was still half frozen. Two of us, including me, ended up with food poisoning I was out of commission for 3 days. Wrote to the restaurant, as did someone else in our party and nobody got back to us. There are better and safer places to eat downtown. Nobody in our group has any intention of returning.
On Wednesdays they offer half priced bottles of wine. I was able to get their house red for $20, which is great. I ordered the 7oz steak frites, rare, and my steak was perfect! Pink on the outside and red in the middle. No fat or sinew, just perfect steak! The chimichurri sauce on top is very nice. The frites were excellent too. All in all a great meal!
We had dinner here one night with a friend of mine from Toronto. Place was busy and rightly so. Good menu and service. I had grilled chipotle chicken with mango and loved it. Kids had chicken fingers and ate the whole plate. Kids meals come with free ice cream too. Centrally located not far from the CN Tower. Prices were fair.

We have dined here many times but tonight they couldn’t wait to get us out. Brought the appetizer with our meal. Brought the bill before we were even done and didn’t bother to ask him if we wanted dessert. Last time dining there. Was it something we said?
The staff is so friendly but the service it was slow It seems to me that they don't have enough staff, we were celebrating a birthday and we had fun, the food it was good and the place is beautiful, my only issue it was slow service the rest good
I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. The service was great and the food was top-notch. Our server, Christina, was very kind and provided wonderful recommendations, taking her time to ensure we had a memorable dining experience.
Called in for a quick beer plus cocktail for the wife and a shared flatbread. Service was excellent. Sat under a big umbrella as a thunderstorm passed overhead (still we didn't get the promised tornado).

Surprisingly, I have worked and lived in the area for years but had never been to this location before. I went for a work lunch, so my experience may be biased.
I went to this restaurant for dinner and it was a disaster! We placed our order after inquiring if we could get our food in 30 minutes or less.
