"Moxies is an ok place. It's not cheap to go have a drink and dinner. The staff can be cranky at times when it's busy. The food is usually pretty tasty, but as I said not cheap, and portions are minimal. it's a trendy spot, and gets busy at dinner. So make a reservation."

I decided to give the place another chance. Last time I was here a few months ago, the fire alarm went off during lunch hour. The noise was unbearable for my companion, who had an hearing aide and had to turn it off. It was impossible to hear. No apology and no attempt at one. Very poor attitude that way. Second time was quiet, with three of my children in tow. We had good service and the food was equally so. The teenagers enjoyed their food.
The ambiance of the restaurant is lovely. The new vegan items are tasty with a variety of delicious flavors. However, I feel that the portion sizes are quite small for the price. I ordered the vegan tofu salad, which came with crispy tofu (approximately 7-8 small cubes), cashews, ginger, sesame, crispy wontons, fresh vegetables, spicy vegan mayo dressing. The dish cost $20, which I believe is not worth it for the portion size.

Had a great time at Moxie's tonight. We were a large group celebrating a dear friend's birthday. The waitress serving us was superb. Thanks for making for a great evening.My husband and I shared the potstickers, followed by the red Thai curry and the pulled chicken tacos with salad. Both were delicious.Will visit again for sure!!
