Moxies Hamilton - Reserva de mesa

Hello! Our server was delightful and provided excellent service. The appetizers were fantastic. Unfortunately, our main courses arrived cold. The truffle fries were cold, and my husband's steak was also cold and quite disappointing. We've dined at other Moxxies, and this location didn't measure up. I suspect some of the meals had been sitting waiting for the others to finish.

The waitress seemed unfamiliar with gluten-free options, so we requested her to confirm what items were safe for us. The manager then came over to talk with us directly. Our meals were prepared without any cross-contamination and were served separately from the other dishes. We really appreciate the care taken to accommodate our gluten-free needs.

Attention to detail is lacking, was served a cocktail in a low ball glass with a chip on the brim could easily cut my mouth if I was not so observant,I was seated at a table that was just cleaned, it was soaking wet. No thought to properly wipe or even dry before I was seated. There was still gum residue on the table.Food is consistent

We celebrated our engagement and my fiancé's birthday at the restaurant. Our waitress, Ida, was fantastic! She was genuinely thrilled for us.
