We were excited by the great reviews because we live close by. The setting is lovely, both inside and out. But our waiter was a jerk. He dashed away as we were trying to ask him questions (it was not crowded when we were there)....We asked for tap water and he told us there were no carafes in the restaurant to serve it. He brought out our appetizers, threw down five plates at our table of six and left my spouse without one. We had to run him down in another part of the restaurant to get a plate. The alcove we were in was stiflingly hot one couple refused to sit there when they tried to seat them yet when we cracked the window he came and closed it. The food was mostly very good. We stopped in at this place by chance and ended up having a great dinner!! It was a Sunday night but there was a lovely atmosphere and the majority of tables were taken. We sampled some of the mozzarella and it was incredible, as were...the wood fired pizzas. The service was also the best we found in Munich, we were given a warm welcome at the door and our waiter was brilliant. Really friendly and he didn’t mind having to speak English to us which was a huge help. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

This is a popular Italian restaurant in an area which has several, so the competition is fierce. Mozzamo is the largest. It has an interesting selection of food and wine you can have Sardinian wine by the glass if you feel like branching out),...and its Bruschetta are outstanding! We pushed the boat out and had fish...quite delicious! The restaurant is close to Schloss Nymphenburg and the excellent family hotel, the Laimerhof.

The food is very tasty and the staff extremely friendly and attentive. I tried the smoked mozzarella plus roasted peppers which were delicious and as a main course the fresh pasta with fish ragout from their weekly menu. The cocktails were also very good! Excellent service. Friendly and delicious. This was our first meal in town after a long day of travel and it was the perfect pick! Many options. Everything we had was great! We are American and English only very accommodating.

Cozy place to enjoy good Italian food and unconventional pizzas (we ate one with avocado and raw tuna which was delicious). Nice for a date or a special occasion and not too expensive.

Came to pick up a couple pizzas for lunch and they were by far some of the best pizzas I have ever eaten in my life! You should definitely try the specials. Enjoy!

Great neighborhood restaurant. Good wood fired stone pizza made fresh, with basil added direct fro the plant. Italian spoken than German. Reserva una mesa ahora
