We ordered a boil with shrimp, crab, potato, corn, sausage, egg… a decent amount of items. Well it was a pickup order. We got home, got settled, started putting it in bowls, sat down to eat and realized there were no eggs. Not a huge deal at all, small mistakes happen. We spent $350 here and were extremely disappointed. We ordered the lobster tail, headless shrimp, Dungeness crab, king crab, and snow crab—and each dish was worse than the last. The seafood boil was surprisingly dry, with no flavor at all. The corn was clearly frozen and awful, and the potatoes were served cold. The oysters had an unpleasant taste—not fishy, but definitely not fresh. On top of the poor food quality, the service was lifeless and the atmosphere dead—we were the only customers in the restaurant on a Sunday at 5 PM. After reading most of the reviews, I decided to go ahead and try the Mr. Crab-House experience. The restaurant is very nice once inside and the staff are polite. My food was good, but I wish extra sauce was free and not an additional charge. So I letmy food sit in the sauce provided for a while, just so all of my food was covered. My daughter ordered hibachi and she loved herfood! I did have a drink that was awesome!!!! I'd definitely come again during happy hour. Overall I had a terrific server whowas pleasant, helpful and attentive. I'd visit again.
Clean location, fast service and friendly staff. We ordered the king crab boil bag with hush puppies. Hush puppies were delicious and came with a spicy creamy sauce. The king crab came out hot temperature wise. The crab was over cooked just a tadbut still enjoyable. Spice level was perfect. The corn and potatoes that came in the boil bag were good as well. I wouldrecommend Mr. Crab House. They have a full bar as well with plenty of tvs.

Comparing as I did, there were less included ingredients such as potatoes- only 2, only sausage offered was pork and the usual hard boiled egg I'm used was non existent. Tons of shrimp though. My husband and I both ate very well on the $40.00 boil even with the 1 crab leg cluster.

Most underrated restaurant in Cincinnati. The crab boils are all awesome. Most surprising are the chicken tenders they are the best I?ve ever ordered at any restaurant anywhere. So tender and juicy!! I?ve made the drive here for lunch solely for thechicken tenders.
We ordered The Cajun Boil and added snow crab, and it was fantastic! The mussels and shrimp were cooked perfectly! Overall, it was a great experience, but the sauce that came with the mozzarella sticks (6) had a rather strange taste.

Best seafood around. I went to restroom after ordering. Came back food was at table. It comes out in a boil bag. They supply gloves and a big. I recommend using. Spice I could go next level of heat. I most definitely will be back.
The shrimp was outstanding, and the sautéed broccoli was cooked to perfection.
