I really didn’t want to leave this review but I’m left with no choice. I’ve ordered from here on UberEats many times because the food is good and this is the only decent Mr. Greek near my house however, the service is absolutely TERRIBLE. This restaurant has messed up my order on THIRTEEN separate occasions. It could be more, I’ve lost count at this point honestly. Either something in my order was wrong or the items were missing entirely. Great service, staff are always warm and welcoming. Food taste amazing and proportions is great. Never any issues thus far. Great location as well. The restaurant is also kept very clean each time I come, which I appreciate. Definitely recommend and will keep coming back! Only thing I ask for is a little more pita bread for appetizers, otherwise everything else is great. Update (Thursday May 26, 2022): My mother had gotten take out today and hers was fine however, mine was not. There was a super long hair in my chicken gyro. I had the Greek salad and chicken dish at this restaurant. The chicken appeared to be extremely overcooked and smashed, while the salad was served in a small breakfast bowl. I spent 25 dollars on this meal, but I have to say it was not worth it. I found it ironic that the restaurant claims they care about customer feedback and even sent me an email, so I decided to provide my thoughts. However, weeks have passed and I still have not received a response. This lack of customer service is disappointing. I am shocked that they have not even bothered to reply to my email. It is truly unbelievable.

I Ordered directly on the website for delivery. They forgot the drinks in the delivery order. Called the store right away. They tried to say the Uber delivery driver had quit his shift and wouldn’t come back. All they could offer was a credit. But they don’t even use Uber so I didn’t accept the credit story. They sent the same driver back who almost broke my front door angrily banging on the glass and throwing the bottles of pop at my door. The food isn’t even that good. Not good enough to put up with a grumpy old man to be angry at me because of his store’s mistake.

The food is ALWAYS fresh and tasty! The pork souvlaki is my favourite and it’s always been juicy and flavourful every time I’ve visited. The service is friendly and just love the atmosphere at this location. Nice natural lighting and there’s an outdoor patio for when the weather is nice! My absolute favourite Mr. Greek location hands down cause the food has been consistently good. They really care about the food and what they put out! Not just your regular food chain restaurant that’s for sure.

This was the worst food I have ever received from this restaurant. The pitas were child-sized, and the salads were tiny despite paying an extra 7 dollars. I never received the bread that was supposed to come with my meal. Additionally, I paid 8 dollars for hummus and pita, but only received one pita - and it was chopped up, probably so it could be used for something else. I will definitely think twice before ordering from here again.

We typically go to Hillcrest mall and get Jimmy the Greek but this time we thought we would try Mr Greek. It is a little more expensive but you get more food. Chicken was moist and tasted great. Salad was great with lots of feta. Love the Mr Greek dressing. Rice and potatoes were great as well. Overall I would go here again and would recommend it.

All the meat options are very good, with a nice charred flavor and well seasoned (though some are a touch over salted) and the pita bread is surprisingly soft, delicious and served nice and hot if you dine in. But the potatoes and village salad were very bland and the village salad was far too oily. Portions are generous and service is attentive.

I waited about 10 minutes to receive my $10 meal, which was absolutely delicious. I don't know why I've been choosing Osmo's over Mr. Greek, which has been around for much longer. The customer service was excellent and the restaurant was very clean. I will definitely return.

Decent food but the service was extremely slow. I understand that they are understaffed but it took almost 90 minutes for a simple meal.
