My wife and I had a wonderful time at this restaurant! As others have mentioned, there are still amazing hidden gems like this one! We both ordered the turkey and dressing, which was delicious. The service was also impressive; the older server did an excellent job training the younger staff member. However, I didn’t quite agree with the owner/manager's instruction to the younger server about not picking up customers' glasses when refilling them. Personally, I believe that picking up the glass is the best approach, but everyone has their own style!
This restaurant is fantastic for family dinners! The manager and staff are wonderful and very friendly. We visit regularly, usually every Sunday to enjoy our burgers and fries, which are always delicious. Don't forget to check out the desserts—they're a definite highlight and always something special. It's great to see the manager take the time to engage with customers. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by!
We're from the south side, and my grandchildren live in Elmhurst. We're heading there to babysit today. I ordered some food to pick up, and Amber was incredibly helpful and patient with me. It felt like I was chatting with a family member. Thanks to their tasty options, we enjoyed a nutritious meal. The best part? I didn't have to cook!
This place just made my day! I pulled in hoping to just grab some bacon eggs and a coffee, I was about to give my order when the waitress picked up on my accent and said it not on the menu, but we do a full Irish breakfast with black white pudding, Irish bacon and sausages . With this knowledge I 'm a happy man to say the least!

This place reminds me of my childhood. The food is great, and the staff is excellent. I usually go for breakfast at weekends, but occasionally go for her brilliant fried chicken. It takes exactly 18 minutes to cook. If you are hungry or in a hurry, order it as soon as you sit down. It's worth waiting.
I'm glad places like this still exist. Was recommended to me. I Was very happy With the staff and waitress who took care of me not once but 3 times now that I have gone. Food was great and the price. Recommended
