Long time lovers of Mr. Lins but was so, so disappointed tonight. Ordered Mongolian Beef and steamed dumplings for my husband and I to share. The beef came in the normal take home box and was barely half-full. Majority of the food in the box was completely raw onion and we got to share about 5 pieces of small meat. Not sure what’s going on, but this isn’t the norm. $25 worth of food and we should have just went to Walmart and grabbed something frozen for an easy Sunday night dinner. Someone suggested this place! Said the fried dumplings were good I asked about the shrimp fried rice the other lady said it’s good ok so I didn’t order anything they said ordered the house egg foo young crab ragoon and wonton soup! Never in my life have I ever seen the protein on the outside of the patties and the soup taste like soy sauce water I’m sorry money down the drain.So upset Service: Takeaway
Mr. Lin’s was the only Chinese restaurant I would eat at after Andy sold Hunan. But since the new owners have taken over it has gone down hill. Today..the egg rolls are nasty. Tiny not the same ingredients it’s like a nasty frozen egg roll. They definitely don’t use the same recipes as previous owners. After today I will not be back! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Eaten here for years. Understand it is under new ownership. Food quality and portions are way down. Service is nothing like it used to be, had to go to counter for refills. Prices are higher also. I drive 20 minutes to go here. It seems to be the best tasting in the alabaster Helena area. I've tried 8 in the area. Mongolian beef and beef broccoli pictured. But Mongolian beef and general tso chicken are the best to me. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Delicious food that meets a lot of people's expectations. The service is good. I haven't dined in a while but the ambiance is nice and the place is clean.
