Mr. Nick's Kitchen Coffee

Decided to stop at Mr Nick's on Thursday night while doing our shopping. It was seafood night. When ordering, the woman behind the counter was very rude and clearly I was taking up her time by ordering...she was visibly annoyed when I then asked for a bottle of water. She filled it in a huff and handed me a glass and immediately turned away. The glass I was handed was dirty with food visible on it. I then waited 30 minutes for a lobster roll (toasted bun with cold filling-minimal cooking) which had clearly been forgotten. The only reason we were approached is I was seated at Orient bar and the chef possibly overheard us say it had been awhile and saw I had gotten up from my seat to check on...

First Sunday of yumcha at mr nicks is nothing but a real disappointment. Food tastes like they are out from frozen bags of dimsims you get at supermarket n served on your table at a ridiculous price! Obviously yumcha goes well with Chinese tea n we were told they ran out of Chinese tea? Took an alternate pick of green tea n was told they ran out of cups? I was asked then if it was ok to use a milk jar instead! This is ridiculous .had crispy noodles thought they put in more salt then noodles on that plate. Really? Your first Sunday of yumcha n not ready for it all? Please do what you did best with the salads n roast!! A disgrace!

Hit and miss. The previous time I ate here I really enjoyed the dish that I had ordered, though after going back there few weeks later I ordered exactly the same dish and it was nowhere near as nice. There was barely any edible meat in the dish and it was very fatty and full of bone chips and the flavour profile was quite different as well. I've edited my review, tried the duck with hokien Noodles dish, the duck was dry and chewy and the noodles were needlessly drenched in unpleasant oil, hence I've downgraded my rating to one star. Probably won't ever be eating here again. Time to get a new cook Mr Nick.

I’ve reviewed here before but would like to update by saying how friendly the staff have been today which is a busy day for Mr. Nicks. Thanks Angie, Angelica and Andrea! You girls are the best! Amazing food and fantastic service from the head waiter Haresh. Food was fresh and tasty and the atmosphere relaxed even though Pasadena is such a busy lively supermarket. Options extend across seafood, meat and Asian quisine. Will definitely be back. Reserva una mesa ahora

The meze options were all delicious, fresh and authentically Greek. Restrained menu but enough choice for everyone. House made bread and pita great, especially with the tarama. Ice cream dessert delicious too. Very friendly service. In true Greek tradition, rather noisy! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Went here on a Weekend with my family. Ordered Pad Thai, Fried Rice and Calamari. Food was always superb, price is very reasonable, love the ambiance, customer service is great! Can't complain. I will definitely keep on coming back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Fantastic they have a piano I love the atmosphere whilst shopping. Lots of shops surrounding in this complex including a great OTR. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
