It was my first time in Warteck and I was thrilled. The meat on the hot stone was recommended to me and I decided on a horse fillet. The portion was large and was prepared with 4 homemade sauces and lots of fries. The dessert was also very tasty, including vieille prune ; But be careful, please make a reservation in advance and, if possible, specify the menu, as there are only two of you in the restaurant.

What a great fine dining restaurant! We usually eat horse meat on the hot stone there once a month. With salad as a starter, and occasionally a dessert. We feel right at home there! True to the motto “welcome to friends”. It tastes really delicious, the meat, fries and salad are all just GREAT! Always my pleasure!!! Astrid and Hansi and Joy. P.S. Our dog loves it too and always gets treats.

We were absolutely satisfied. Really very tasty food, the fried potatoes were second to none. Paired with wonderful wine, a truly perfect evening. That was the start of our holiday week in Markgräflerland, we will definitely come back again in the next few days! And we're already looking forward to it.
