Mr. Pastas - Reservar una mesa

Classic tourist trap with open fire grill facing the street. Had lamb rack cocked on open fire which looked very tempting (and that well made is amazing). It took ages to arrive. When we finally received it, the meat was over cooked and stone hard/similar to a car tire to chew. Side dish, consisted of a bowl badly cooked plain white rice and a platter with a salat leaf, some tomato slices and raw onion rings. Extremely dull and tasteless. To top it of, the price for this was 180 BRL without wine. The only thing positive was a live musician with a voice well above average.

This is a MUST GO in Arraial.I think most people like pasta so it's already a good place to take large groups or family with kids.All pasta are homemade and you can actually see them preparing it. The owners are argentines and know how to make a good barbecue (also called "parrilla"). Go for the lamb (delicious!)When I went with my family each person chose a pasta and we shared a barbecue dish (I dont remember the name, but it has all cuts: lamb, sausages and steaks).Go for it! This place is a win :D

We had the Argentinian picanha, which was great. Our order was taken quickly and food arrived in a timely fashion, however trying to get additional drinks and the bill proved difficult as the staff seemed over-stretched even though it wasn't that busy. In fact while we there two separate tables sat down and left again without ordering as they were few up waiting! Worth a visit for the steak so long as you have plenty time

It´s a very good place to eat. I really liked the homemade pastas where you can see the guy preparing right in front of you. I asked for a pappardelle with White sauce and it was incredible light and taste so good. I recomend them!
