I’ve always had good experiences at Mr. Sub, but this time was disappointing. The meatballs were microwaved, and everything else was served cold. The atmosphere was quite unwelcoming; the other employee’s body language clearly showed he didn’t want to be there. When a customer inquired about the types of bread available, he just pointed to a small sticker listing the options. Also, charging $2.39 for a slice of cheese seemed excessive. Considering it’s located in a gas station, the quality of the food reflects that.
Ive been going to this mr sub since it’s opened and ever since Sandeep joined the team it’s been amazing service. We typically have a complex order with 3-6 subs each weekend and he managed to memorize my order only a after a few times. His service is top notch and always puts a smile on the customers face. Always look forward to seeing the boss sandeep and chatting. He is absolutely fantastic!!!!
Excellent service and friendly staff. I live and work nearby, stopping by several times a day, and have never experienced any problems. It's unfortunate that many customers, rushing while pumping gas, lack the patience to wait in line. If you're complaining about the lettuce, then your concerns can't really be taken seriously.
Had to ring bell a couple of times. Guy Saunders out like he's on a Sunday stroll. Took his sweet time making my smoked meat sub. I'm surprised it didn't go moldy because of the time he took to make it. Not friendly whatsoever. I'll only go back because it's close to my work. Not a good experience

I was excited to redeem my free sub on my birthday at Mr. Sub, but unfortunately, this location doesn't have a scanner, so I couldn't use the app to claim my free sandwich. I believe that as a franchise, they should definitely provide a scanner for such promotions.
Worst Mr sub I've ever been to. It took them 20 minutes to acknowledge me and then another 20 to make the sub. Extremely slow. I actually witnessed it take 2 people to tie a single bag.
Sandeep consistently delivers excellent customer service. He always greets me with a smile and remembers exactly what I order every time. He is both professional and kind.
In my opinion, Mr. Sub is unbeatable! The taste has remained consistent over the years—whether it was 10, 20, or even 30 years ago, it never changes. Absolutely fantastic!

I really enjoy the super assorted sub, although the prices have been rising a bit. Still, the subs are tasty.
