Not too bad! The sandwiches have a sufficient amount of meat and lettuce, and the roll is quite nice. However, the vinegar tasted watered down, and the onions were barely noticeable. It’s disappointing that they charge extra for some toppings; I really dislike when restaurants do that. It seems like they would rather waste extra ingredients than include them in the base price. I’d prefer if they just raised the price by 25 cents for everything and made all the toppings free. I’ll still go to EB ShopRite for my sandwiches when the lady is there to prepare them fresh, but these ones are decent enough.
I noticed the Mr. Subs sign on Route 18 in East Brunswick several times while passing through town. Today, my wife and I decided to give it a try and ordered an Italian sub for lunch… WOW, what an amazing sandwich! Generally, people only write reviews when they have something negative to say, but I felt compelled to share how fantastic this fresh sandwich is at a fair price. This small local chain is producing exceptional food, so I highly recommend you grab a delicious sub from this place. Unbiased, unfiltered, uncompensated, and unaffiliated.
4 stars only because they soaked my pastrami in mustard. Sandwich had ALOT of mustard on both sides of the bread. I love mustard but this was an overwhelming amount and you couldn't taste anything else. Wiping it off barely helped it was so much.
The food is top-quality and made with fresh ingredients. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I highly recommend the spicy chicken cheesesteak—it's a perfect 12/10!

I ordered a cheese steak and oven-roasted turkey, and both were delicious, measuring about 8 inches each.
