Went there last Sunday for my wife's birthday with our 4 year old, quite an delight experience with everything. Messaged a day prior thru yelp for reservation, the owner replied in minutes. We were the first customers, greeted by a sweet Japanese girl in Japanese first and in English. We picked a corner table and ordered a vegetable sushi combo A, a Teriyaki Box, assorted tempura and a gyoza, and an glass of Asahi from tab, all served in minutes. Hands down for the food, portion was generous, we had to box a few sushi and most of the Gyoza. Only pet-peeve was the never ending TV commercials, I hoped they could have changed it to music video or kid stuff (for obvious reasons), but that won't...

Newly opened location with a very cool decor - unlike most sushi places that tend to be sterile, the decor is warm and earthy. Service was great and swift. Food was excellent. I had the ebi sunomouno and it was the best I have ever had. Two large butterflied shrimp with tons of fresh shredded veggies in a tasty brine. My main was the spicy chirashi don. A bowl loaded with a heap of fresh assorted sashimi on a bed of greens - spicy sauce and rice served on the side. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes. So many nice eateries in LOLO now. Great neighbourhood.

This is the 2nd time Ive tried to order black rice and the 2nd time Ive picked it up with white rice and today they just said we tried to call you. I checked my phone log and there was only 1 spam call with no voice-mail. Secondly I asked for extra wasabi and there was barely enough to put on my 6 individual roll pieces. This restaurant continues to disappoint, which is unfortunate since its only 2 blocks from my house but I probably wont go back.

Great quality ingredients and they treat you like family! Even when we don't go as often they still greet us by name and are happy to see us. They always know exactly what I like to order and never forget spicy sauce on the side! Reserva una mesa ahora

It's always fresh and tasty with great mouthwatering appeal. Clean design and meticulously clean everything. Fantastic contemporary setting in a prestigious new building and a paradise neighbourhood. Worth a drive to visit!

This place is fantastic! I've been going here for years and even after moving out of North Van, everyone remembers me whenever I happen to be in the area to get some of my favorite sushi!
