Workers are extremely lazy. I called in an order so that I could pick it up they refuse to even claiming their closing in the next 30 minutes seems they just didn’t want to because their leaving early The business closes at 9:30 PM. I got there at 9:27 PM just to see the workers closing the doors early and leaving in this white Tesla model Y if they would’ve took my order over the phone I would’ve prepaid the order and jus had to pick it up i’m pretty sure I spoke to the new guy on the phone. He’s a Lightskin Asian guy very skinny. I remember coming there for Christmas and he was complaining that he had to work on Christmas and that he did not get no bonus paid because it was a family owned...
I stopped by on a whim on a cold day because I was craving a hot bubble tea. I was not expecting since I don't usually go to many Mr. Wish chains much but to my surprise, it was very well made! I got the regular, hot Black Milk Tea with pearls. The tapioca balls were so soft with the right consistency of chewy-ness. Some of it tasted sweet like honey tapioca that I usually like from Kung Fu Tea. The tea taste was strong. I got the 30% sugar and I felt that was definitely sweet enough for me already. As for the spot itself, it is small so it is a place where you would pick up to go. I would come back again and recommend for sure!
My children and I love the Black Toger Milk and Pearl Milk Tea at this restaurant. We always make sure to order the must-have Waffle Cake (Custard). Mr. Wish always delivers consistent quality with their menu items.
I tried the passion fruit tea, and I loved it. I wanted to try a milk tea because I had never had one. The guy recommended the pearl tea. It was super delicious. Service was good as well. I would definitely return.

Cashier ignored me and took the order of the people who entered the store after me. It’s little things like that that lose you customers. Never coming back.
The service was nice, when I got the Strawberry Green Tea the boba was not good at all, it was hard and this is the first time I had this problem.
Best bubble tea in NY. However, it’s not cheap. Moreover, there is no rewards program like buy 10 get one free.
