I’ve always preferred Serbian-style čevapi, which typically feature pork, and have a slightly different seasoning—perhaps a bit saltier. However, I didn’t miss the pork at all while enjoying Mraković’s succulent and perfectly cooked meat cylinders. The food is good, but be cautious about where you purchase it! Burgers and Chevapi are significantly cheaper at Metro than in the store. For instance, just a few days ago, I found the Big Balkan Burger for $15.99 at Metro (Etobicoke), while it costs $22 in the store! That's quite a price difference. The same goes for Chevapi; the price variation is notable as well.

The new Chicken Chevapi is incredibly salty—it's so packed with salt that consuming it could seriously jeopardize your health. It contains more salt than the recommended intake for three days, making it nearly impossible to enjoy anything but the overwhelming saltiness. It's truly unappetizing!
