Absolutely terrible! My business ordered a heart-shaped cake, as shown on the website, but instead, we received a round cake with a frosted heartbeat design. The manager, Subash, was extremely rude, refused to address the issue or provide a refund, and remarked, “not everything needs to be explained to everyone.” I am truly shocked! This is blatant false advertising. If the photos on the website were accurate, these problems wouldn’t occur. I will never be returning here again!
I wasn't expecting much for my cookie cake after reading some reviews, but it turned out wonderfully! The staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful. Additionally, I received an email from Subash informing me that they would be running a bit behind schedule, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place!
The woman with a Hijab was rude. She needs better customer service. I told her I had some change/coins and when I told her nvm, she gave me a look. She also asked if my friend paid for his drink in an rude tone (he paid for it). The piña colada smoothie has not even taste like piña colada.. and was almost $8 for a small cup.
I wasn't sure what to expect with some of the reviews. But my biscuit cake was great and the lady who worked there was very friendly and helpful. Subash even sent me an email that said they ran something behind what I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend it. Reserva una mesa ahora
Today on national bulldog day my son Thor the English bulldog got a taste of delicious yogurt I gotta say my big happy boy loved it and pet friendly here at oak brook best employees great service will be back soon we always come to this mall and will keep coming ?
The staff here is incredibly friendly and will brighten your day every time you stop by for some delicious cookies and brownies! The customer service is outstanding. I keep coming back for the delightful treats and the exceptional service!
I tried going here at 8:45 pm on a Friday evening and the doors were locked. The staff were inside messing around and looked like they were contemplating opening the doors but just giggled and said they were closed already.
Do not spend your money at this location!! SUBASH (the manager) is extremely rude and disrespectful. Refused to correct their mistake of false advertisement. The cookie cake we received looks nothing like the picture!! Reserva una mesa ahora
You need to learn how to talk to customers first and clean their branch and then start doing business...this place is a big failure to Mrs Field's reputation...
