Wait was about 15 minutes, our turn is up to have us sit at the back in a children’s tiny boot. That wasn’t an issue, my issue was not only are we already feeling like in the 60s colors towards the back in a little whole, but another 15 minutes passed, to not see any menus, no offer of water etc. I mean how could they were all the way tucked in the corner, like children being punished. So we left. The place seems nice, but probably in the future attend to everyone equally or maybe assign sections to workers.

We just spent a week at Saratoga to go to the races. We eat breakfast at Compton’s every morning . Always crowded but they turn the tables well. Not fancy but good. Coffee always fresh and hot, omelets huge, oatmeal with fruit great. Servers seem to be there year after year and are always pleasant and efficient. Note, bring cash no credit cards.

What can I say that hasn’t been said already. Lightening fast service and great atmosphere. Location is clutch. Walked in sat down ate and was out in under an hour. Caution to all Cash Only during the summer months.

You haven't experienced breakfast in Saratoga until you've dined at Compton's! A city treasure for certain. It should be mandatory for every visitor.
