Customer service was amazing. Very happy team members. Food was amazing! My 9 year old is kind of picky, but said the fish was the best she has ever had. None of the food was oily, cooked correctly. I was given a pick up time and low and behold it was spot on! Daughter also loved her ice chocolate. Very happy with the added touch of whipped cream. Quick service. Ordered a Seafood dinner for two, fish (cod) was delicious, as were the chips and prawn cutlets, the potato scallops and calamari were okay. It was all a little bit too oily, maybe didn’t let it sit long enough to drain excess oil off. Peach iced tea was fresh and tasty. They really need to update their opening hours. Both online and in-store, it states that they open at 2:30 PM on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. This is the second time I've come around that time, and they weren’t open. They didn’t open until after 3 PM. That's my only complaint. As for the food, it’s a solid 5 out of 5!
Got home to realise we had an incomplete order. Medium Chips but missing the 2 cod! Went straight back After calling and it was closed even tho the website says open till 8:30. expensive chips for $22.
