we spend time in italia so always compare, but our meal was absolutely perfect. the bruschetta and scallop avocado appetizers were served in good time and delicious. short break, while we listened to Italian music at the right band and a beautiful red...wine the cook cooks the food in the restaurant, so the smell and atmosphere were fantastic. in general were lamb cuts, a great amount of meat on them, and the heavy fish that my man said was the best meal he had in the old. dessert when they have rooms that I don't hate and cookies. we loved our evening and will be back.

Myself and two friends came on short notice to the restaurant as we traveled down to Whitstable for the day. The staff were incredibly accomodating, respectful and friendly. After we were sat down, orders were taken quickly and the food arrived soon after. The food...was freshly cooked basically in front of us and tasted amazing. Honestly one of the best meals I've had, let alone Italians! The ambiance was relaxed, classy and you really get that family owned feeling. Compliments to the staff and chef, well worth the journey and without doubt will be back again.

After seeing all the positive reviews, I was hopeful that I would love this restaurant. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I ordered a medium steak, but it was tough, chewy, and lacked flavor. I have no plans to return, as there are far better Italian restaurants out there.

Our waiting staff were truly excellent. The food also very good. As a gluten free vegan l was totally accommodated. Everyone really enjoyed their meal.
