This is my go-to restaurant when I 'm going through Troy. They only have one vegan option on their menu, but it is delicious! It 's called the vegan and has quinoa, spinach, corn, black beans, daiya cheese, and 'muddaddy sauce. ' It comes with housemade salsa and vegan sour cream. They would probably be willing to make something to order, but I 've never tried as the vegan is so good.
I’m really going to miss this place when it closes. The food was consistently amazing! The Tanya Quesadilla was my favorite dish. The staff was always friendly and wonderful. Everything about this restaurant kept me coming back for more! We plan to visit at least one or two more times. Wishing everyone the best in their future endeavors.
Nice fresh custom order quesadillas. I love all the options and seasonal choices they offer. It's not the fastest service and they don't give you enough when you order chips. But the quesadillas themselves are more than filling. The restaurant is clean and always has enough seating.
I absolutely love Muddaddy Flats! Every time I go, the food is delicious and made fresh to order. The prices are very reasonable as well. If you ever get the chance to find their food truck, you HAVE to try the mac and cheese quesadilla—it's absolutely heavenly! Reserva una mesa ahora
I eat there regularly. The Vegan Quesadilla with Vegan sour cream is tasty and hits the spot if that's what you're looking for. Although limited in to this option, it is pretty good! Would be 5 stars if they had other vegan choices.

vegan cheese and gluten-free packs are available. beautiful atmosphere. they can eat or take off, and there are decisions. you carnivorous friends can also get her meat here if that's something.
