gluten-free strawberry-swirl cheesecake was very good. the gluten-free crust had a pronounced taste. not bad, only obviously gluten-free. but it's such a thin layer that it doesn't really bother me. the vegan celestial vertebra was legit. a very tasty dessert. fyi the slices were frozen, so I waited a few hours to dry up and it was then perfect for eating. there are about 4 5 vegan options to choose from. I don't know if they're turning these options, but I hope the celestial is still there when I go back.
Muddy Paws Cheesecake has been a beloved fixture in the Twin Cities for a decade, offering a variety of vegan desserts daily (with at least 5 options available, sometimes even more) and whole cheesecakes available for pre-order. Their flavors never disappoint, and they also have gluten-free vegan options. I am always impressed by the unique and innovative creations they offer. While there are other vegan cheesecake options in the Twin Cities, Muddy Paws is known for their consistency and high quality.
I sampled both a vegan pastry and a gluten-free vegan pastry at this restaurant. Both were tasty, but I slightly favored the gluten version. I also tried a cinnamon and a blueberry pastry, both of which had delicious flavors. There were at least 5 vegan pastry options to choose from. I was surprised to find that the pastries were frozen, but after letting them thaw for a few hours, they were perfect for eating. Overall, a good experience with a variety of vegan options available. I celebrated my birthday at Clau with some friends. It's best to call them rather than email. The staff was very friendly and the cheesecake was a hit with everyone. I tried the Great Paw (although the appetizers were not made by them) and it was delicious. The service was quick and they provided great recommendations for takeout. I will definitely be ordering from them again and recommending to others.
we stopped by a beautiful summer night. muddy paws organized a food truck and live music every Thursday. I had never heard of the place before this event. we have tried the whiskey cheesecake from their own food truck and wow! I've never been a fan of cheesecake, but that's thrown me away. it was so good. they had so many aromes! that will make a non-believer believe.
I've ordered from here three times. Most recently, I forgot to order ahead of time, but they helped me out and made it super quick with no extra charge. Delicious cakes, friendly people, local ingredients, and so many flavors! If you need a special treat, this is the place to get it!
