I went into muffin break to use my member card for the first time, the member card gave you your first coffee free. The manager obviously did not like this promo but being a franchise I presume he was forced to use it. He told me you have to purchase a coffee before you can use it and was extremely rude. I even contacted head office who told me this wasn't the case. I tried to take a member card for a workmate and he snatched the box out of my hand. Crazy. Have never returned.
Recently I ordered a Banana Milkshake at Market St and what I was served was plain milk tasting, flavorless milkshake. I complained to the lady serving and got into an argument. She disrespected me for requesting a free replacement by telling me to **** off and get better taste buds???? I am devastated and disheartened to go back to Muffin Break.
not our usual go to for lunch but had to find somewhere to eat. we chose frittata and quiche which were quite acceptable. No salad offered so it was a little plain. Coffee was unexpectedly good, Staff were not really trained well and guy at till could not understand our order. Probably will not return as food is too stodgey
Went in here with my wife for a Muffin break, the coffee was cold, the muffin tasted like it sat there for a week, the girls that were working behind the counter, we're all playing with there phones, while all the tables sat there with dirty plates & cups, they take muffin Break literally Reserva una mesa ahora
Terrible Terrible service, had milkshake served in a coffee cup whilst there were regular milkshake cups around. Appauling. And they're not gold rate tasting either so dont know whats with attitude and terrible terrible service.
This Muffin Break outlet is a great spot for a break from shopping. Good coffee served by friendly staff with plenty of seating inside and outside the cafe. Nice selection of sweet and savoury snakes to hose from as well.
