This quaint and bustling neighborhood pub in the beltline area is a great spot for a night out. My friends and I visited on a Wednesday, which happened to be trivia night. If you arrive early, you can secure a table for the trivia game that begins at 7pm. We ordered food before the trivia began and found it to be quite satisfactory. I opted for a thick crust pizza with lots of cheese that was very filling. The drink specials were a nice touch, especially the discounted beer that paired well with the pizza. I never give 5 stars, so 4 is as good as it gets with me. My buddy was taking me out for fish and chips for my 76th. Our first choice was not open, 15 minutes after the stated open time. So we went through our list of potentials and he suggested this place. Not sure why he had not brought this place up to me before but he has a friend and they go there once a month. This is a nice friendly local pub with good food and drinks deals. They also have an amazing quiz night on Wednesdays it is so much fun. With Muggs you get what you pay for they are not trying to be a fancier bar. It does look a bit dated inside but the food is hot the beer is cold and people are friendly. I have been many times great place to just have a beer and chat.
Typical bar food (burgers, sandwiches, pizza etc. it was not bad, but not great either. Service is abit slow at times but we Stopped here on a Wednesday and it was trivia night, which might explain the slower service. They also have daily specials so its good to keep an eye on that for any deals.
I have only ordered from Skip the Dishes, so I can't comment on the restaurant itself, but let me tell you, that pizza was thick! It was like a whole block of cheese on my pizza. I'm definitely not complaining. Keep it cheesy, my friends.

This little pub is just down the street from my house. I 've stopped in many times for a bite or a beer. The staff are friendly and the place has such a 'cheers ' vibe. I will definitely continue to give them my business!
