My wife and I visited the Pearl location and requested to sit at the bar. We settled at a table in the bar area, but no one came to serve us. We noticed five servers standing by the front door, simply watching us. After a while, we decided to approach them to let them know we hadn’t been attended to. One server informed us that we needed to sit directly at the bar to receive service. When we asked why we hadn’t been informed of this earlier, she responded that we didn’t ask. After a long day, we decided to stop here. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We had some mozzarella wedges which was really good. The blackened shrimp Alfredo was well seasoned and cooked. Burger just right, and the drinks were very nice as well. Don’t remember what the name of the drink was but it had hurricane on the name and it was really good. Took us a while to get our drinks and order, then got the order half way wrong- had to get it to go due to lunch hour… then when I get to where I was going… the to go box had a hole in it and it spilled everywhere. We won’t be back. That’s ridiculous, I can understand busy- but it wasn’t that busy in the middle of the day.

The food was excellent, and the service was both quick and friendly. Even though we arrived just before graduation, the staff attended to us without making us feel rushed. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for tasty, fast food at a reasonable price.
Cool place, never been to one before. Walked in and ordered at the counter, went to the bar, and was soon greeted. The patty melt was good. First time I've been to one, but won't be the last. I was told by a friend that the wings are really good as well.
Could have been a much better visit if it weren't for the yelling and screaming of unattended children running around through the restaurant ?. Our waitress was very attentive and polite, checking on us to refill any drinks or food.
I found it strange that at a place called Mugshots, the bartender wasn't familiar with which of the 24 taps were porters or dark beers. She took my order and delivered it but never returned, so I even had to get my own ketchup.

By far the best burger in Mississippi!!! Always top notch service. Servers are always very positive, happy and on point. Great place to take the family out. I feel prices are good for the quality of food.
Food is great. Service was not on duty. It took 45 minutes to get a burger to go, I sat at the bar but there was no bartender. 1 pm Sunday.
