On July 7th my wife and I decided to give Mugshots a try, despite some of the more recent mixed reviews concerning excessively long wait times.My wife and I decided to take a seat at the bar to take advantage of the remaining 30 minutes of happy hour. We ordered food, too.Amber, our server, did a fantastic job working the bar, serving at least 10 people, pretty much all by herself. The other waitresses did bring Amber the food orders to serve up to her customers.From the time I placed my food order to the time I received it was easily less than 15 minutes. Ordered via DoorDash. I had undercooked southwest egg rolls. My son couldn’t eat the bottom bun to his pb Anthony burger which was exactly where the pb on the sandwich was so he got a patty that was editable with nothing on it. Just laziness will never order again I can see why these are closing all over the placeUpdate: mgmt was extremely helping and willing to make this right

Nice location near hotels and very convenient to the freeway. Unfortunately, the customer service (Ashley) will be the downfall of the this restaurant also the was food unseasoned and thrown on a plate with 5 fires. This was a quiet place to have an afternoon lunch. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. Customers were few, so no line, no wait and our food was served hot and fresh.
