We make at least one trip to Mugshots each time we're in town. Service is great, food is great, and there are so many menu choices, you can visit often and still try something new each time. We were just passing through town and decided to stop in for dinner. Very popular and crowded but we were seated quickly. We split the patty melt and found it delicious!! Service was friendly and quick. Server was knowledgeable about the beers and offered samples before we ordered.

Online order. Asked for no fried pickles. Was excited about this burger because I love pimento cheese. Picture was promising. Husband picked up order, and the first time he got home they left off the pimento cheese and left the fried pickles. He called the store, and they remade the burger. He drove 20 minutes there and back. The result of the remake compared to the picture on the menu online. Company?a definition of pimento cheese is just shredded cheese and mayo. No

Food was a mix of average and good both times we 've been. We asked the manager (on a Sunday afternoon) if we could be in and out in 50 minutes, because we had a hard deadline. She said, absolutely! The place was not busy. Seated immediately, friendly waiter took awhile to ask for drinks, at which point we immediately ordered entrees, too. Food took forever, we had to hunt down someone bc our guy disappeared. Food finally came (without utensils) 6 minutes before

We ate last night for July 4. We could say that they were very briefly affected by considering that the workers who were there were walking around and seemed very stressed (I work in retail, so I understand). There was a guy who worked as a host, waitress and running food. He was fantastic and even kept a smile under this lot of stress!

So good, I went back twice in the same week. Glad they had Turkey burgers.
