Delivery service is a shocker. Have ordered here a few times and have had to wait over an hour for delivery every time. Tonight I waited an hour and a half and called only to be told there was some mixup with the order and by the sounds of it that I shouldn't expect a delivery, as they were almost closed. 2 hours after I placed the order suddenly my order arrives?? In the meantime I'd ordered and had food delivered from elsewhere. Such a shame because the food is so good. Poor customer service and communication. Won't be ordering here again.
Disgraceful attempt. Three and a half hours passed before I cancelled our order placed through Menulog. Customer service was useless, when they decided to answer the phone. 13 phone calls and 4 promises from the restaurant that our order was on the way, we are going to bed hungry. Never again.
Their BBQ is so so, but highly recommend their crispy duck and special fried rice. It's always quiet comparing to other Chinese or Asian restaurant in Newtown. I think it's because it's a bit hot sitting inside without air-conditioner or a good ventilate. Best fried rice in Newtown!
I have been told this is a wonderful chinese restaurant but i am very disappointed that i waited an 2 hours for delivery and my food showed up at 10.30pm and their restaurant closes at 10pm ... very disappointed. ... not happy jane

Took over two hours for delivery. Absolute joke. Food was rubbish and cold. We will never ever order from these guys again. We called three times and was told food is on the way but it never was.
I am a regular here. My friends and I always get the chilli tofu hot wok. It is so addictive, and is served on a bed of chips, which is common in the Schezwan province apparently.w
Decent Chinese food and quick delivery, got it after 30 mins. im surprised that there are so many complaints about their delivery time. The pan fried dumpling is good.
Amazing food and very friendly staff. It's not loaded with msg like those Thai restaurants. Should definitely visit and must try Chongqing street noodles.
