muller’s was actually our second choice to dinner at the evening we had eaten there. our first choice was closed and fortunately we landed at Muller's.Muller's is a small restaurant in spessartwald, near aschaffenburg. the environment is pretty and the interior is subtle and elegant, but not intimidating. we were warmly welcomed by the sympathetic hostess and sat at the last available table. the menu kept another wonderful surprise ready ... the prices, most of the dishes were in the range from 14 to 15 euro. I think everything our group ordered was less than 16 e. the four had another court. sour roast, wild, meadow carving with lemon and carving with fresh forest mushrooms. the last was my order and it was excellent. the carving was melting tender and the mushrooms were great ... fleshy and tasty and tasted as if they had not been picked more than a few hours before. all appetizers were accompanied by a potato dish and salat. the dessert consisted of berries and saw, simple, but delicious, and again the berries tasted as if they were freshly picked. wee and beer were the drinks of choice and we ended with a very good espresso. the service throughout the entire meal was efficient and insurgent and very professional. muller’s is a small, intimate restaurant and we had the luck to get the last table as we had not booked. I would especially recommend a pre-booking at the weekend. they need a car to get there, but if they have one, it is worth the trip. there is also a small hotel, from which I imagine it will be as well managed as the restaurant.
