GEM of a place if you like great street food with cozy sitting and good service (don’t compare it with Zagat 5-star stuff, look at the price). Very affordable family run place, with some employees for the extra help, of course. They (the owners) were very friendly and the servers were great. Food is 5-star, attention to presentation detail and clean eating area. Did not use the restroom so won’t guess comment. We had Hakka Noodles (made to order, no chilies for kids), Chole Bhatura (extra 2 Bhaturas) and Garlic Masala Dosa. We gave it a finishing with Mumbai Falooda and Rabdi Kulfi Falooda deserts. Absolutely delicious!!! This is without a doubt the most Indian, Indian food that I've ever eaten in the USA! My entire family agrees. It tastes just like the food you'd eat in Mumbai all the way down to the taste of their bread. I highly recommend this place for the taste of their dishes alone! They are pure vegetarian and can make dishes Jain on request. But I cannot stress how good their food was. I am from NJ but my family will now make it a point to have a meal here every time we are in Long Island.
The food was outstanding, the service was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming. We received excellent recommendations from both fellow diners and the staff, and we ended up enjoying a variety of delicious dishes. Everything was vegetarian and much more diverse than any other Indian restaurant I’ve ever visited.
Excellent indian vegetarian home like food. It's my go to place every weekend. They have very good variety at unbeatable price. Never too crowded and parking is always easy. I love the place and recommend to anyone looking for simple home like vegetarian food.

Always a great experience grabbing a quick bite at Mumbai Xpress. Loved everything we tried so far. Mumbai sandwich makes it to the top of the list tho. Chats are fresh and fun. Tried their Thali last week, reminded me of home right away
Authentic Indian. Pani pori was perfect. The chole too. I highly recommend this place. The owner was so nice and accommodating as well.
Pure vegetarian Resturant that serve Street foods of India like Pav Bhaji, bhel Puri and amazing Indian chinese dishes. Place to be.
