Not sure what happened today. But it was terrible. Ribs were definitely not made today. They were greasy and hard and dry, wish I could upload the pictures I took. The brisket was very dissapointing as well. Not what I usually get. It was like bbq that was reheated from the day before. The bbq is always so good but unfortunately for me not today....and I drove almost 30 miles....waited 30 minutes for them to open...

I worked with Keith Mumphord for several months to cater a family reunion. I live in California and we spoke over the phone and email to get the menu set and get a quote. The event happened and we loved their service and delicious food. We got brisket, chicken, pinto beans, potato salad and tea. He was a pleasure to work with. Hope to get back there again.

We come here to eat when we visit Victoria. The bbq is so good , love the potato salad . Great place friendly staff. You must try it
