A truly beautiful property in a great, secluded location, but unfortunately the service and food fall far short of the price. Unfortunately, one of our 4 rooms was not heated and could only be exchanged after repeated requests. At dinner, 2 dishes were not edible and the breakfast buffet was not regularly filled more than an hour before the end of the meal time. One day we were able to order an omelette (which was really good) the other day this was no longer possible because there was a panorama breakfast . For hotel guests, this means that you get a worse seat than people who only come for breakfast. There is then sparkling wine but I would have preferred an omelet. The staff is far too th...
Unfortunately I can only give 5 stars! we were traveling with the mountain bikes since there is no bike garage we were allowed to store the bikes in the private garage. When asked how it is with the food as a hotel guest on the days off there was also a solution immediately! The staff was very very friendly! The food was very good ! Small map something for everyone! We'll definitely be back! All those who have something to complain about we are in 2023 shortage of staff everywhere!! But that was not felt here because everyone worked from 11 30! The hotel is amazing. Very modern and the space is specious. We enjoyed the natural outdoor pool and the view. We were really lucky with the weather. It was a 29 degree sunny day. This is a place we would love to come again. Unfortunately they told us the swimming pool is natural and will be not heated during autumn and winter. Otherwise I cannot wait to visit again. Very great building, lovingly furnished and absolutely comfortable. We went there spontaneously today to eat, the service is excellent and the prices are surprisingly moderate, we thought it would be more expensive. We could also charge our electric car there; there are at least 20 charging points available. We will come back. We were there for dinner on Sunday evening with 6 people and a small child and a dog. Everything was perfect, great food, best service and a really great atmosphere It is also worth mentioning that the boss personally came to the table and asked if everything was okay, our dog was given water straight away and at the end a dog balloon was created for the toddler Only highly recommended
Were here spontaneously in the afternoon coffee and cakes. sauces in the outside area. The large parasols give enough shade. We did not like the furniture of the terrace. Very simple, little sitting comfort. The cake was very delicious, the staff very friendly and attentive. We come back and try the restaurant. Service: 5
