We spent the weekend in CT for a short holiday and we are so happy that we found this place! The bar was quite full when we arrived there, but they have a section on the whole other side with stand and table seat. It was nice, because it was quiet and my friend and I could talk while we drank. The service was also amazing. We had a server called Tim and he was extremely attentive, but also quite personal. Overall, this was a great experience. Drinks were well made, food was delicious and quite expensive and the service was both friendly and efficient. Will absolutely return when we take our next trip to CT.
We sat on the covered terrace and the music was good and not too loud; we could have a conversation without screaming or really speaking loud. The bartender waited for us in time, even though he was the only one. The burgers were amazing like my onion rings and beer. That was my last night in Stamford after I was pulled there over three years ago, and I wish I had found Murphys and tried it earlier. It's not on the main street of Bedford, so for me it's a hidden gem. Anyway, I'll be back to visit when I'm back for business.
Irish pub-decor, but American bar-eating menu. The food is good. I had spinach and artichoke diving with chips, garlic parmesan wing (think wing dings, if this term means something for you), but fried perfectly and tastefully and shrimp scampi flatbread was also delicious. Interior dining room, semi separate bar area and outside seats. A restaurant with a parking lot in downtown Stamford is a rare find!
We had a Great time here .It was our 1st time and the environment was so Chill.We sat outside by the Waterfall.The Wings where Delicious.We had Murphy burgers for beginners.It is a Winner.Classic Burger and Fries.I'm definitely coming back for Steak Sandwich and Breakfast.
