The quality of service varies depending on your server. I was really hungry and decided to indulge in what sounded like a delicious sandwich, but I was quite let down. There was hardly any meat and very little cheese on the sandwich, which was described as being smothered in Swiss cheese. I didn't expect an exceptional sandwich, but it still fell short of its description.
The staff were friendly, but the sandwich I received was something my twelve-year-old could have made, and it would have been better. I ordered a specific sandwich at a specified price, yet it ended up costing $1 more than what was listed on the menu board. This was quite frustrating!
I went to get ice because my fridge was broken. The ice was completely frozen and the bags were only half full. The staff reluctantly offered me a $2 refund on two "bags" of ice but refused to give me a full refund. Overall, it was terrible service and a poor product.

I consistently order my bologna sandwiches from Murrays, and they are always tasty and made with fresh ingredients. In my opinion, Murrays is the best deli around!
Have stopped here multiple times while riding my bike in the area and have always been well attended by the staff and the food is great and reasonably priced.
The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, and it is always neatly packaged. The service is fantastic and the overall experience is excellent.
