A friend recommended Muse Sushi House, and I was truly impressed! We were a party of four on a weekday, and since it wasn’t very busy, they even allowed us to stay after hours. The fish was incredibly fresh, and everything we tried was excellent. I highly recommend going for the sashimi and rice-free options to enjoy authentic sushi. The hot sake wasn’t great, but the food more than made up for it. The restaurant is spacious and feels very new. The service was good, just be sure to give yourself enough time before the kitchen closes. The very first bite of the live sashimi was one of my favorites.
Outstanding service from staff who remember our names. The fish is fresh, excellent, and occasionally unique compared to other sushi places—like baby red snapper and Kurodai (black cod), which are absolutely delicious! Favorites include those two, halibut, yellowtail, red snapper, Philly roll, and fresh wasabi. They also offer gluten-free soy sauce if you need it. Every lunch and dinner visit is a consistently pleasant experience. This family-run business delivers quality fish every time. Tip: use the Yelp waitlist during busy times. Highly recommended!
This place is phenomenal. The ambiance is the best I’ve found for local sushi places, those that have been I think would agree. Prices are reasonable for sure, for those wondering, with some of the sashimi platters being an incredible value. Their service is top notch. They even have TVs if you’re looking for SNF or something.

Bad service. After rushing us through our meal, a staff member came over to our table and said “I know this is rude, but we need this table for another party waiting.” We were in and out in less the 45 min. Food wasn’t good enough for basically being kicked out. Wont be returning.
The food at Muse Sushi House is good, but the prices feel too high for what you get. My biggest complaint is that if they're charging premium prices, they shouldn’t be using imitation crab. We deserve the real thing!
The service was excellent and the ambiance was enjoyable. However, the menu could use some updates. The appetizers were less than impressive, but aside from that, we really enjoyed the dishes we ordered.
My favorite sushi spot in south OC! Haven’t had a roll I didn’t like, and their spicy edamame is a must!

The head chef, Micheal, was very rude. I will never return to this restaurant.
