I've never enjoyed cake and coffee more than here! The cake (chocolate and berries, I think) was not too sweet or heavy--just the right balance of everything, including rum. I was so impressed that I bought some chocolate truffles to take home--they were also excellent,...and disappeared all too quickly from the drawer at home. The location was pleasant, spacious, and convenient. Service was friendly and efficient.

There are other cakes and cakes every day. The cakes are refined and usually have a small shot of alcohol or aroma. There is also a small ice cream card and a hearty snack. Outside seats are located in front of the café and the courtyard. There are 3 smaller rooms inside. Old and modern encounters here. The café is well visited no matter when we were here.

This was a lovely café, beautifully decorated, simple nice food and cakes to die for! Loved the décor, very chic which was totally out of character with the other eateries in the local area. Had a soup that was full of flavour (and also a dollop of whipped cream!). Worth a visit if you are in the area! Reserva una mesa ahora

Beautiful café on the market square of the old town, very close to the castle. The offered cakes, cakes and baked goods not only look fantastic, but have excellent quality. The hot chocolate with cream is highly recommended. The service is top, the prices are fair! Overall highly recommended.

The cafe recently changed ownership and it reflects a positive change. The decor is mixed and the original art-noveau building takes on well the modern touches. The cakes are works of art and the coffee is good too! Near several attractions which makes it even more popular

Good location following a wander round the Schloss and Gardens. The staff were friendly and most spoke English, one with a Yorkshire accent. The hot chocolate was very good and the pastries very enjoyable. Worth a trip

For me, the cakes are really important in a cafe. We tried the chocolate cakes, one with raspberry, one not. Both of them tasted good, creamy, not too sweet. Ideal for people who like cakes.

Hidden behind the café is a beautiful, lonely courtyard garden. Large cakes and coffee (in our case). Celle is beautifully preserved Saxon city with an impressive number of wooden houses.
