We had a party of 14 and were assigned two waitresses for our table. My lemon pepper chicken was tasty, but the rice underneath was lacking in flavor. I ordered mac and cheese and a baked potato as sides, but instead received mac and cheese along with red beans and rice. I repeatedly inquired about the baked potato, and as I was finishing my meal, the waitress informed me it would take an additional 10 minutes. Instead of assuming I wanted red beans and rice, I should have been offered an alternative side.

The food is usually excellent, but on game night, there were no specials. The shrimp and grits were very dry, and the crawfish cheese dip was off. The pretzel was good, but I was disappointed because I was trying to watch the game and had to leave before it finished. They close at 9 PM, and if you’re going to call yourself a sports bar, you should let patrons watch the entire game. Also, the waiter was wearing short shorts, and his hairy legs were unappealing, especially compared to the other male waiters who were dressed in nice, appropriate shorts. Is there a dress code for the staff?
We had visited MVPs before and had a good experience, but this time was disappointing. I ordered the beef kabobs medium rare, but half of it was completely rare while the other half was well done. The meat was so tough it was nearly impossible to cut or eat. The mac and cheese was served cold. My husband had the fried shrimp and fries, but they were so greasy he couldn't finish them. We won’t be returning and would not recommend this place.
The experience was quite mediocre. While the wings were decent, that doesn't say much overall. The bang bang shrimp tasted like frozen, grocery store brand fried shrimp, and the fries were lukewarm. The burger was just average with not much flavor. I wouldn't call it a bad experience, but it certainly wasn't good either. I originally gave Mvps five stars based on a previous dining experience. However, today it barely deserves one star. The staff were wonderful and attentive, but I was very disappointed with the portion size considering the price. When dining in, the portions are generous, but when ordering takeout, the amount and size are noticeably reduced despite paying the same price.
The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and an extensive menu. We ordered a few dishes: loaded fries, mango salsa shrimp tacos, and a chicken bacon wrap. When the food arrived, it looked quite appealing, but unfortunately, none of the items had any real flavor. They were all very bland. It's disappointing, especially given the menu's variety.
We’ve dined here before and had a great experience, but this time was disappointing. My husband chose the healthy option of chicken breast with broccoli and mashed potatoes, and it fell short. The chicken breast was very thin and overcooked. It seems like this place might not be the best choice for healthier meals.
We really love this restaurant, but we seldom visit because there is only one handicap-accessible parking spot, and its slope is not compliant with legal standards.

What a wonderful spot to enjoy a drink and some food! The food is excellent, and the menu is fantastic. The bartender was absolutely charming as well.
I loved the food it was great we had a big group and they handled it perfectly and timely..the waitress was great and the cook was on point.
