My girlfriend and I visited this restaurant last week and were very disappointed with the service. Upon entering, we were not directed to a table. After realizing that the dining area was upstairs, the server there did not greet us. When I requested a table for two, the server seemed annoyed, despite the restaurant being empty. He told us to sit wherever and took a long time to take our drink orders. We ordered Jack and Cokes, only to find out they were out of Jack Daniel's and offered Crown instead for an extra charge. Love his food!!! I dropped half my sandwich on the floor as I was putting it in a to go box and it fell on the ground. Looking so forward to having it tomorrow for lunch. But, the owner came and helped me clean it up and MADE ME A NEW HALF SANDWICH!!! Now that is a good restaurant! Thank you! So glad we found this place from other reviews! Everything thing we had- from the hero and chicken parm sandwiches to the chocolate cannoli was high quality and delicious. The food is good when they have it. I’m not joking when I say that 50% of the time I try to go here they are either randomly closed or out of half their menu. I’ve been there 3x when they were just irrationally out of pizza. Very frustrating. ALWAYS call ahead and ask if they’re open and what they’re out of. I highly recommend this restaurant! While there may be a wait, the food is absolutely delicious. The pizza and calamari are truly fantastic. This is a family-owned and operated establishment that deserves your support. Overall, I would give it a 5-star rating for the food, service, and atmosphere.

We came here tonight and we ordered and waited half an hour and my brother finally asked how long it usually takes and they said our order got messed up and he was making it again they didn't even tell us that it got messed up we had to ask Food: 1 Service: 1

This is the best pizza place I've tried since moving to the valley. Their desserts also look amazing. The staff is friendly.
