Mykonos Restaurant

Evening dinner out w friends to celebrate a birthday. My second time here.Nice, bright atmosphere- loved the Nana Mouskouri music. Extensive menu - something for everyone. Reasonable pricing. Limited wine selection by the glass. Very helpful and attentive waitress. The owner was there and came to say hello to my friends, who she knew. Got to meet her.I ordered the grilled seafood plate - nice to be able to choose grilled over fried food. Very generous portions.Grilled calamari and shrimp were perfect!! Halibut and scallops were dry/over cooked. Roast potatoes were not fresh - reheated and a few were too hard to eat. Greek salad was disappointing. My friends all enjoyed their meals. The other photo is the seafood stirfry. Baileys ice cream dessert was a generous portion. Four of us shared the one. They brought a nice baclava dessert w sparkler for my friend's birthday- nice touch.

We went there for dinner to try something new. My partner ordered the halibut steak and the fish was so dried out. I ordered the chicken souvlaki and the chicken was really dried out. I was not impressed with my meal and I know my partner was not impressed with their dinner. The waitress was really nice and friendly and made the environment very nice. I would not go out of my way to go back here to eat.

We went to Mykonos last evening for an adult family meal. Our group had a range of dishes from rainbow trout, chicken stir fry, fish and chips to chicken shawarma. All received rave reviews. All the food was hot and nicely presented. We had a bottle of Greek white wine and it was very tasty. We have always enjoyed Mykonos and recommend it to anyone for a casual meal.

The service is so friendly here. They welcome you as though you are friends. The food is reasonably priced and the portions are large. The enclosed patio seating is nice but in the winter we prefer to eat in the main part of the restaurant.

When you enter the doors you feel welcomed and special - Heidi always greats you with a smile and a hug - wow - she knows what hospitality means - great food - our favorite go to place
