Mythos Pizzeria - Reservar una mesa

Finally went to eat at Mythos Greek restaurant in Merrickville. The nice young couple immigrated to Canada last December so you are guaranteed authentic Greek food. I ordered the Spanakopita which was a large square piece with roast potatoes and rice. Although I was hungry, I could not eat the entire piece by myself. It was flavourful and not overly salty. I would have liked the philo pastry a bit more crispy though. My husband ordered the donair dinner which came with a Greek salad and rice. The donair was wrapped with a pita bread with all the fixings and a bit too much sauce but very tasty. Only fault was that they don't make their own tzatziki which was an extra $1.75 and not very good....

Hello again folks. If it wasn't for the menu board located on the sidewalk I think we would have walked right past this unassuming little restaurant. In fact I didn't even know it was a pizzeria until just now when I was searching for it in TripAdvisor. At any rate we highly enjoyed the specials of the day, Toasted Chicken Caesar wrap and the burger and fries. The boys each had the small cheese pizza. Excellent! BTW; the small pizza is not small and we ended up going home with an entirely uneaten pizza. The burger came fully loaded; nice and juicy and the wife loved the wrap. By far one of the most delicious pizza’s I have ever tasted! (My boyfriend said the same!) We ordered a medium meat lovers pizza – which was a very good sized portion of food. The restaurant is small but it makes the atmosphere more personable. Our service was lovely, and a couple people came in and ordered take out pizza as well. They have a great patio in the back, so this place would be a good spot in the summer as well. Its called Mythos Pizzeria (probably because that’s their specialty) for KNOWN reasons after you try it. We will most definitely be going back, especially when the weather gets warmer to try out their patio! But if you’re around and want pizza, don’t waste your money anyw...

It seemed a little 'sketchy' when we arrived but based on the good reviews, we decided on giving up atmosphere for good authentic Greek fare. The food was worse than the restaurant. I have never eaten such bad tasting food ever, some of it was inedible (the rice). Bland, lukewarm food that was just bad in taste and appearance. For some reason I feel bad giving it a negative review but honestly, frozen or food court food would be much, much better than this food. We were astonished at how bad it was. The pizza smelled good and there were customers coming in to pick up take out pizza. Perhaps that is their fortay because Greek food is certainly not.

Four of us stopped at this restaurant while in Merrickville and we were not disappointed. Nicole, our server, was very pleasant and answered all our questions before we ordered. We sat at the outside patio since the weather was absolutely beautiful that day. It took a bit of time for the food to arrive however once it did, we gobbled everything down, it was delicious... from the gyros, the salads, the fries... We will definitely go back in the fall when we visit Merrickville again.

Had a delicious donair with Greek salad for dinner at this eatery outside on the patio! It was homemade and very tasty! This place has much more than pizza on the menu. Would highly recommend this Restaurant for a special occasion

This place is fairly basic in terms of atmosphere, but the pizza was recommended, so we gave it a try and were not disappointed. Not sure about the rest of the menu, but we would go back for the pizza!

We had lunch here and it was wonderful! Authentic and home made and I wish this restaurant was in my town instead of a few hours away cause I'd be eating there often! :)

Excellent, be prepared for 30 minutes for an amazing tastebuds experience. Fresh, delicious and authentic
