There’s something truly remarkable about finding hidden gems in small, unpretentious restaurants where you can have some of the best dining experiences. My girlfriend and I were in the Gardena area looking for a meal we would both love when we stumbled upon N Cafe on Yelp. The food looked tempting, but it turned out to be even better than we had hoped. We each ordered the Spicy Chicken Bento box, which came with miso soup and tea. The service was quick, friendly, and accommodating, and the food was not only tasty but also beautifully presented. It was such a delightful experience that we can’t wait to return and sample more dishes. Thank you!
Didn't want to cook, struggling to find a place close by specifically in Gardena that participated in Delta Skymiles Dining. This place came up but only if you order online to get miles, not if you dined inside. Their menu is very eclectic. We decided on the Cheeseburger....Man-o-Man!!!! That was one of the best burger's we've ever had. Only critique would be they salted meat a bit more. But, overall super duper burger. Now I know they are more Asian/Italian influences but the Burger spoke to me. Thanks N-Cafe for the delicious food today. We will add you to the list of go to's.
I LOVED this place when it was At Home cafe. Small Japanese family owned cafe where everything was fresh and tasty. The name and menu has changed but the service and freshness of the food stays the same. I had the Fried Breast Chicken Curry it was very good. The chicken was crispy and tender and not oily or greasy at all, the curry was very tasty and just the thickness I like. Service was what you'd expect at a Japanese cafe, super kind and welcoming. Very accomidating. Do I miss At home? yes 100%. but this place is good and I'd come back again in a heartbeat.
If it's your first time visiting, I highly recommend trying the shrimp Cobb salad. Make sure to dig in right away to savor the shrimp while they're crispy and the greens while they're fresh. If shrimp or salads aren't your preference, I would suggest the hamburger steak bento or the daily fish bento instead.

I ordered the Ebi burger (shrimp) to go, and when I bit into it, I discovered two pieces of fried white fish and one fried shrimp inside. Shouldn't it contain just shrimp? As I'm from Japan, I have a clear idea of what an Ebi burger is supposed to be. I won't be coming back.
I really enjoy the bentos at this restaurant! I typically order the daily specials, which are always a fantastic value. The prices are affordable, and the food is fresh and well-prepared. I highly recommend it!
Ordered the fries chicken breast curry, truffle fries, corn chowder, and mentaiko butter pasta. Everything was yummy and portion size is large! Service is super friendly.
The interior of the restaurant has a casual vibe, but the food is truly at a high-end restaurant level. You absolutely have to give it a try!
