The food was lackluster and failed to meet even basic expectations. The service was equally unsatisfactory, with staff appearing inattentive and unhelpful. Finally, the atmosphere left much to be desired, making it an unenjoyable environment to dine in. I really enjoyed working with the other servers during my time there. However, the boss is extremely sexist and has been known to take money from his staff. It's important to make sure your server gets tipped—you might not see them during your meal, but they’re working hard behind the scenes. I worked there for over three years, and I saw this happen at every single review. If you had a good experience, please consider leaving a cash tip; the overworked and underrated staff truly deserves it.

Napoli 's delivered the best catering for our tasting dinner! The whole meal was brilliant... from salad and homemade bread, from ducks and to die for tiramisu! Thank you for being part of our son and the daughter-in-law. Napoli is doing a great job. I recommend it for any meal or special occasion!

The restaurant offers generous salads, lasagna, and authentic Italian cuisine prepared by genuine Italian chefs. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, all at reasonable prices. Whether you're visiting for lunch or dinner, it’s definitely worth a try!
