In the Ruhr area it is often not easy to find vegan food that is still healthy. The nutrient empire is in this respect a small jewel in the downtown Bochum (and recently also in Herne). The Bowls have made it special to us because they are super tasty, balanced and always fresh and beautifully dressed. The staff is very friendly and we always feel very comfortable when we eat there. You can easily exchange ingredients, for example sweet potatoes instead of planted chickens or other sauces. Our favorites are the Low Carb Paleo Bowl (even if the name scares us rather) and at the moment the Winter Specials are the Superfood Stew. Super warming from the inside Tip: try the Home Brunch once again...
The name is really programme here! I love the California Bowl: sweet potato spaghetti, beanballs, spinach, sprouts, etc, fancy sauce! Just great!! Seasonally they have special features on offer, e.g. pots. There is now a delivery service and also a ready to take away area. Delicious sweet nightishes also exist. In addition, there is often a buffet brunch, here you have to book. Here you can taste all bowls in mini formats, but you can taste Vegan scrambled eggs, baguettes, spreads, raw food vegetables... I really like that this place has a lot of choice for vegans and also how healthy the options are. I’m currently (for three weeks) eliminating gluten and processed sugar and I was surprised to see that I could have a lot of what was on offer, including some of the deserts which were made with date sugar and gluten-free oats. I had the autumn bowl which kept me full for hours. The ingredients tasted fresh and the sauce was delicious. My husband had a curry and that was also very tasty. We got a piece of chocolate cherry banana bread to takeaway but we are still really full so it will be a late night treat. Great place!
Was here for breakfast. The portions of the sandwiches were a bit small and for what you get a bit expensive. Nevertheless, the food was very delicious. The restaurant is located in the backyard, a bit difficult to find.

I guess I'll be my favorite place in Bochum. Take healthy breakfast and bowls quickly at Takeaway Shoo. Vegan smoothies are also available with extra protein. I'm totally happy. Price is reasonable

Freundliches Personal und nette Atmosphäre. Leider kam die letzte Mahlzeit erst, als die anderen fertig waren und war dazu noch Kühlschrank kalt. Insgesamt war das Essen wenig gewürzt.
