Naf Naf was my go to in the burbs and even in the city for falafel bowls/sandwich. Always hit the spot especially with the French fries.I’ve gone to this one in Oakbrook the last 3 times and every time it’s been worse.I really hate to leave this review but maybe it will help them be better.Last time the bread was super doughy and just didn’t bake enough in the oven. I asked them multiple times for a fully cooked pita but was told that’s how it is. Also the fries were not fresh, cold and also not fully cooked.This time the the pita was fully baked. The chicken shawarma I ordered was packed with flavor and perfectly seasoned, though the portion size left a bit to be desired.However, the quick service during peak hours was commendable, as the staff efficiently managed the flow of customers and ensured timely delivery of orders. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a pleasant environment to enjoy my meal.If you're in the mood for quick, tasty Mediterranean cuisine, Naf Naf Grill is definitely worth a visit.

Food is still good but there's only about an ounce of steak in my bowl. It's been like this in the last few visits. It has gotten too expensive for what you pay. Employees doesn't seem so happy being there. Not crabby but definitely didn't want to be there.. Been a Nafnaf fan for years but I think it's time to go.Food: 5/5

Terrible experience. We arrived around 5 pm and the place was practically empty. The food looked like it had been sitting for a while. My chicken shwarma was very dry. Not going back. Chipotle is much better!
