Wir genossen das Daily Special Menu Asia Menu mit einer Vorspeise aus Glasnudeln und Shrimps. Die Shrimps haben hervorragend geschmeckt! Hauptgang Rindsfiletstreifen mit rotem Curry und asiatischem Gemüse und Reis. Das Filet ebenfalls wieder hervorragend, medium-rare perfekt gekocht! Das Gemüse mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Fritierte Aubergine, schön zubereitete Karotten, angenehme Schärfe des roten Curry. Meine Frau hatte eine Mango-Thai Suppe bestellt. Die Suppe hat ebenfalls sehr gut nach grünem Curry geschmeckt, aber leider nicht nach Mango. Dennoch war es ein Genuss. Was uns allerdings etwas fehlte, war der Wow Effekt. The restaurant was full when we arrived, but staff provided a solution, and we were willing to wait. Food looked great. I had the noble fish dish which was a combination of various sorts of fish. Some were tasty but others were bland, and it was supposed to be curry. Meaning, it is not really Asian curry but some kind of a Swiss version. All in all, 4 stars for effort.
Immer wieder ein Besuch wert. Das Essen schmeckt richtig authentisch und die Geriche sind mit viel Innovation und Rafinesse gekocht. Besonders die Karte mit dem iPad ist super und durch die elegante Aufmachung gibt es dem Abend der besondere Rahmen! The food is pretty solid, but we have been various times to Asia and it tastes simply different. The flavors are not quite right, but still good for being in Bad Ragaz. It is just not what I excepted it to be. The service was great and they were very friendly with our kids. Still a good escape if you are starving for good cuisine. Reserva una mesa ahora
This place is definitely not cheap, but you can get three marked vegan dishes plus a starter and a dessert, which is a very selection for a luxury restaurant with a relatively small menu.
