Didn't think I would ever get my meal. It took more than 40 minutes just to receive a burger and chips. Now I know why they want you to pay up front. If they didn't I would have walked out. Seems like they are only...interested in the takeaway side of the business. Eventually when the food arrived, it was fine, but you could tell, that the staff weren't a happy bunch, and that was reflected in the slow service.
My niece and I ordered a feta and smashed avocado wrap that resembled a foot-long Subway sandwich, but was poorly wrapped and missing the avocado. My daughter ordered a chicken BLAT that was so liquidy it looked like it had diarrhea. By the time we were halfway through the burger, the buns were completely soggy, like a wet sponge. It was not worth the money or time. We will not be returning.
The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, but the staff are often the issue. They are always complaining, and despite the temperature outside being around 35 degrees, there is no air conditioning. Instead, they just have the windows open. We couldn't wait to leave due to the uncomfortable conditions.
placed an order and waited about 20 minutes for it to arrive wrong, i went back and said this is not what i ordered and they said they had run out of what i wanted and decided to give me something completely different without even...consulting me first, what a waste of time, will never go back again. we only ate there today. the service was very slow. we waited 45 minutes. one of the children did not get his meal at all, we had to go literally and ask them. The huh I ordered was lemon and crumbled. I've been sweet and mad. a source in it. was embarrassed everywhere
terrible. will not go back there. empty tables everywhere and lasted 35 minutes for my paella and sweet kartoffel chips. paella was boiled half and chips were burned to a crack. no apologies from waitress for 35 minutes. that is the normal time? very dissatisfied!
It not this restaurant fault. The whole Nandos' business seems going down. The food was good, but it does not value for money. The Salad with chicken and burger cost us $28.45 without a drink. I still feel hungry!
