My wife and I just called in to this restaurant when we had finished shopping at lakeside.I asked a member of staff if we had to book he said I can get you in now if you like, i said yes ok he said we had to put a app on our phone to order our food, I replied we do not have a phone.the member of staff then stated, do not worry i will get one of the waitresses to take your order's.So in we went and was shown our table. We stopped off at Nandos yesterday for lunch as we were out shopping. What a mistake that was. We waited an hour for our food for it to be cold, yes the mash we had was freezing cold. When we got our food we had no knives or forks, when we asked for this the manager called Dan who was the most rudest, snarky a awful image of a manager he sniggered at us and said why do we need knives and forks so urgently whilst sniggering as if it was a joke that we were asking for cutlery to eat our food.. We eventually got our knives and forks which was chucked on our table we didn’t eat our food as it was freezing and they said the wait for food was 20 mins. We asked for a hot drink with our meal and were told in a sullen and rude manner no hot drinks. They put a bottle of ketchup on our table with half an inch of sauce in it so we asked for more only to be told not until that ones finished and the waitress walked away. We chose bottled water and the glass was filthy, asked for a clean one, no apology, we were made to feel a nuisance for bringing it up. We will never go to a nandos again.
We had a chicken in pitta .and chicken in burger.coleslaw .broccli .rice. Diet coke. We couldnt do app on phone .so a server took.our order.very pleasent and helpful.was given.our drinks .food was good but portions are getting smaller and smaller. The menu has been made smaller no salads anymore .bit ltd to what you can choose.but we all.enjoyed the food.

Rude staff and blunt and unhelpful. However more pleasant (slightly) that their other outlet we just left !! None the less, didn’t eat here either due to excessive wait time and no where to wait. Name down and come back !!! But that’s booking isn’t it ? And Nando’s don’t book ! Ended up in GBK lovely jubbley. GBK 1 Nando’s Nil ….. again
We visited at lunchtime and were given a table within about 10 minutes of waiting. We sat outside but undercover. We ordered from our table using the QR code. Our drinks glasses came out pretty quickly, and we had a wait of about 35 minutes for our food. The food was good, I really liked the new garlic barbecue sauce.

Reliably good standards. Particularly liked is how your level of spiciness can be chosen and it's accurately done. Tasty and everything's good.
Well needed food for a pit stop while shop shopping always yummy new coconut and lime sauce lovely recommended a visit and ready to shop .
