We had tickets for a show close by so came to Touchwood early for something to eat, unusually there were not large queues outside most of the restaurants so we had a choice. My girlfriend had never been to a Nando’s belter and I had so we decided to try this out. We were shown to our table and after a bit of a faff downloading the app and ordering our meals, we were good to go. My seat was held together by white tape which was a bit concerning but we proceeded to order. Bad signal and zero Wi-Fi meant it took us a while to place our order. I ordered a pitta and drink and it arrived within 5minutes. My husbands food arrived once I had finished my meal. There was only 3 other tables occupied so I can’t even give them the benefit of the doubt for the busyness of the restaurant. I put my plate to the side for collection and the young lad who delivered the other meal, didn’t even take my finished plate away. This is the first time in years that I have experienced poor customer service. I ordered and paid for the food and waited. Ten minutes later I saw my food under the lamp, I knew it was mine because it was only wings with corn on the cob. I sat there looking at my food dry up under the lamp. Finally, seven minutes passed by and I said something to the waitress. What 's the problem, she said Well I replied, my food is under the lamp and has been there for 7 minutes when it should be on my table. Another two minutes passed and she brought it over, with a sarcastic comment I can get you another if you want . My partner had to wait five more minutes for her food. I recently visited Nando's in Solihull with my family. My grandson wanted a burger, but cannot eat chicken, so he opted for the veggie patty instead. I inquired if he could have it in a burger, but was told that it was not possible. I asked to speak to the manager to see if I could buy a bun or some bread separately for his meal, but was informed that this was not an option. It is absolutely ridiculous that they could not accommodate a little boy by allowing me to purchase an extra piece of bread so he could have a burger. Additionally, the foam seats we were sat on had large chunks ripped out of them. Nando's needs to improve their customer service. They have lost my business.

We were in the town centre and decided we would go here. The place was reasonably busy. We were shown to a table and went up and ordered our food. I had the new dish which was the chips which had chicken and sauce on which was quite nice. It is I think classed as a side dish however the dish was quite big and could be a main. Overall the staff were friendly, the place seemed clean. The food was good as was the bottomless drinks. It is worth going here, but can get busy so booking at times might be advised
Nando's is the best restaurant I have ever tried. The fully loaded fries are better than anything, and you can choose your preferred level of heat. I always go for medium, but my friend ordered a medium as well. The staff were very helpful and kind, initially giving us uncomfortable seats but then changing it to a booth just for us. Nando's is truly the best restaurant out there. I recommend it, and now I'm craving Nando's. I'm going to ask my mom to take me there. XOXO.
I came here for lunch with my 4 month old son and the service was honestly exceptional! The staff and the manager went out of their way to make sure that this was a great visit! We both have allergies (he is currently exclusively breast fed) and the ordering process was very thorough, reassuring and supportive. The food was, as expected, delicious and the restaurant was spacious and clean. Service was quick and friendly and I will definitely be back!
Came here with my youngest daughter for afternoon lunch. My daughter is a Vegan and they have a great choice for her. I prefer the chicken with coleslaw and chips which is extremely delicious. The staff are always very helpful and the food is consistently excellent. I absolutely love this place and will always be a fan summary 10/10

We are on holiday in the area and had vouchers towards Nando’s. We had been at the NEC but the queue was ridiculous so had decided to come here, which was on our way home. Lovely staff who let us sit where we wanted. Good food (as always) and served quickly. Great experience, thank you.
Being a fan of Nando's, we decided to visit the restaurant during our trip to Solihull last month. We were impressed by the beautifully cooked chicken thighs and the excellent service.
