I made an order through the app Deliveroo and the restaurant will say it’s its fault but it’s not. I’m telling this because this happened more than twice. We order the food and around 40’ later when the food should be done the app says either “restaurant waiting for a driver or the driver is waiting in the restaurant”. We call the restaurant (Nando’s Kensal rise) asking for our food and the lady goes “oh we are waiting for the driver to come” which would be ok if the order had been done 20’ ago not almost 40’ ago. We also ask “do you think the food will be cold by the time it arrives?” And she goes “oh no, the food’s already done 5 ago”. SO SUDDENLY, the app changes and says the order is on...
Patricia, the manager, was polite, friendly, and supportive when ordering for allergies and non allergies meals. She was able to hold an honest and respectful conversation and clearly put her workers first, ensuring that they all had their lunch breaks and have all eaten before herself, just as a mother would. She was a delight to have, and the entire atmosphere was calming and just relaxing. When the food came, they MUST remember, for those with allergies, to ensure the gluten is placed on a different plate. Other than this, there were no complaints. I'm not a big fan of Nandos at all. However, this chicken was tender and was cooked beautifully, so soft. The sides were all just as good, too...
I visited this branch after picking up my daughter from school for a treat and wish I never….the staff where rude and obnoxious and when reporting to the branch manager she was not interested and sided with her member of staff who found the hole thing amusing. Called myself and my daughter liars that made my daughter very upset. Reported this branch to customer service and weeks later no response so please think twice before visiting this branch.
We were a party of four meeting up after a long time. On arriving we were greeted with a warm welcome and was directed to our table. It was quiet so we didn't take long to get served. When the food came it was hot and tasted good. We were there for more than 3hrs and they didn't threw us out. At one point the waiter asked us if we were happy with everything. I would definitely go back to this branch and would recommend it to friends and family.

Me and my partner always order Nando’s, we spent £60 only to be charged a service fee of £2.49 where it only states on the app that it can be from £0.99 £2.49 but yet they always charge £2.49 for what I have no idea. How can we be paying you extra to do your job that your already getting paid for. This is stopping us from eating at Nando’s again. Nando’s is no longer worth it.
Popped out to eat at our local Nandos in Kensal Rise on Sunday evening and was pleasantly surprised at how well they have adjusted to Covid rules to keep people safe. All staff in masks, order online and if you have trouble doing that they just take the order for you. Staff were super friendly and efficient and the food was, as always, Delicious!
Came here Saturday gone, both me and my daughter have food poisoning food came out in 5 minutes obviously weren’t cooked properly cos she has been vomiting since. So we’ll done she’s 4 been off school all week and lost a time of weight. Do better and cook your food for longer. Very disappointed
Service was non existent. Drinks didn’t come at all. Had to collect from the bar. One meal didn’t come it wasn’t until we went to the kitchen to ask where it was that we got a response as to where it was. Incredibly disappointing as the restaurant was empty ?!
