First time dining at Nandos with my fiancee and it certainly won't be our last. Place was packed for a Tuesday night. My fiancee tried the Mediterranean Salad with bbq grilled chicken thighs and a side of coleslaw, while I chose the Superfuel Salad accompanied by Chicken Tenderloins and a side of Nandos Fries. Because we went with combo meals each if us also got a bottle of soft drink of our choice.What can I say! I recently visited Nando's in North Hobart and purchased 4 gift vouchers valued at $50 each. However, I was surprised to learn that there was a 15% surcharge due to it being a Public Holiday. I questioned the reason for this extra charge, especially considering it was for just a gift card and not a service. I found the surcharge to be excessive and ultimately decided to not purchase the gift vouchers, missing out on spending $200 in principle. I have been a loyal customer for years, but this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and I may reconsider supporting Nando's in the future due to what seems like a display of greed.
I have visited this restaurant in North Hobart multiple times for family gatherings and outings. It boasts a lovely ambiance with unique cultural decor, a welcoming team of staff from various backgrounds, quick service and tasty food with healthy choices. The prices are fair and offer good value for money. The only downside is finding parking during busy times, as it is situated in a vibrant dining area in North Hobart. We have always been able to find parking, but arriving early is recommended for convenience.

I went to a restaurant called Immigrant and I couldn't find a clean table anywhere. The tables either had not been wiped down or had dirty plates on them. I wanted to ask someone to clean the table for us. The kitchen didn't look clean either. Since it wasn't too busy, we decided to leave. This was at 4:00 in the afternoon and I'm not sure if they were busy on a Thursday afternoon. Regardless, the whole experience was very disappointing. I also didn't get a good impression of the franchise owner.
Below average Essen Burger Bungalow was cold and not fresh the rice is just bland and boring the chicken is ok and the service is ok, but far from good enough to return, but the chips were ok, so I suggest you find another restaurant...as there are many near Bye Good luck
Very tasty food with lively wait staff and good value for money. There are bottles of extra sauce, napkins and so forth available to enhance your dining experience.
Want some overpriced chicken with some shitty salad offerings? GO TO NANDOS!
